adidas Originals presented OPEN SOURCE, a two-day cultural takeover in Los Angeles hosted by Deep Down South and Box Boys, spotlighting the adidas Superstar – the iconic silhouette that has defined individuality and self-expression for generations.

The experience began with a live-streamed “Creative Assembly” hosted by streamer Raud, supported by adidas partners Sukii Baby, Giovanna Ramos, and Jerry Hova, where artists and creators came together to craft every element of the show. From shaping setlists and producing visuals to designing one-of-one custom Superstars, fans were given an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how the moment was built.

The takeover reached its peak on Saturday, September 20th with a one-night-only concert at The Belasco Theater, where headliner SoFaygo delivered a high-energy set alongside standout performances from Bktherula, Hardrock, Young Dabo, and Kels! Guests arrived in custom Superstars, filling the venue with bold style and personal flair, while surprise giveaways and Superstar-inspired moments kept the energy surging throughout the night.
